ID Verification

If you have deposited to your Pokeropolis account via credit card, or if you wish to have access to our instant withdrawal features, you will need to verify your identity by completing and returning an identity verification form along with some other identity documentation.

STEP 1

Please follow the link found in the Player Admin area under the ‘Account Verification’ link on the left hand menu to complete the identity verification form. The Player Admin area can be reached through the link at the bottom of the poker client software.

STEP 2

Together with the verification form we require:

• A legible copy of a valid driver’s license, passport, or other government issued photographic ID.
• A copy of the front and reverse sides of any credit/debit card used to deposit on your account

STEP 3

Upload all the required files from Step 1 and Step 2 via the “File Upload” section of your Player Admin. Our Support Team will be notified automatically when these files are uploaded.

OR

Send the completed form and other documentation to the Pokeropolis support team via one of the following methods:

• Scan and email to support
• Take a digital photograph of the documents and email to support
• Fax to 1-888-212-7135

*Once your documents have been processed you will be notified via email. Please note that processing time will vary depending on Support request volume, but will usually be complete within 2 hours.

All faxes, scans and photographs must be easily read, and should match the information stored in your Pokeropolis account information.

Your personal information will remain with us in strictest confidence, according to the Pokeropolis privacy policy.
