Email Setup
With the increase in SPAM emails being sent to inboxes every day most email service providers have incorporated advanced spam filtering into their email programs and services. Unfortunately, the downside of this is that often legitimate and useful emails get caught and flagged as spam and the recipient never see’s the email intended for them. If you are not receiving Pokeropolis emails this will likely be the case.
Below is a list of instructions for different email service providers, software clients as well as anti-spam software so that you can make sure we are on your safe list and your emails are getting delivered to your INBOX.
If you do not see your provider below, try adding @playersupport.co.uk to your safe list or to your Contact list / Address book. You can also try checking you junk email and checking that Pokeropolis emails are checked as safe. Another option, if your email software allows, is that you can allow emails if they are addressed to your full name or if you have previously received an email from that domain, to be delivered to your inbox.
